Even seemingly innocuous experiences in our early years can dramatically affect the way the rest of our life goes by causing us to form negative beliefs about our worth, our ability, our appearance, our potential...

Many of us hold onto these limiting ideas for absolutely no real reason. Self-doubt can feel like fact, but it's only ever an idea that we have learned somewhere along the way. We aren't born believing that we're unattractive or unlikeable or bad at maths. Something or someone has to plant that seed.

But those beliefs don't have to stay with us indefinitely, no matter how "true" they might feel when they pop up in the more challenging areas of our lives.

This course helps you to identify those moments and teaches you how to communicate better and more powerful ideas to your unconscious mind instead.

The Course

This course is self-paced, so there's no pressure and you can take as much time as you like to complete it. The material included here covers the third module of the full Thought Engineering course. However, it functions as a complete package for anyone who doesn't want to commit to the entire program.

You'll begin with analytical tasks and some brief chapters of information about the workings of the mind. Then, when you're ready, you can move on to a transformative memory reframing task and begin listening to a Cognitive Hypnotherapy audio recording to reprogram your own thinking.

Awareness the key to taking control of your mind rather than feeling as though you're at the mercy of your negative thinking. In addition to learning the Memory Work technique, this course will teach you about the workings of your own mind so that you can manage your thoughts more effectively and let go of the ones you don't benefit from.

If you choose to continue with the full Thought Engineering program after completing this course, then you may do so at a discounted rate.
