By understanding the mechanics of habit formation, and then tweaking the simple mental process already at work in your mind, you can engineering a new way of being.
This course shows you how to turn your negative behaviours into the very vehicle that can carry you towards becoming the person you'd most like to be.
Learn how to identify the behaviours, thoughts or feelings that stand in the way of your success, and then how to manipulate your inner imagery in order to divert your mind away from those old routines and towards better choices instead.
We'll begin by discussing the science of habit formation and the fascinating coding processes used by your unconscious mind.
The second half of the course teaches you a simple NLP technique that utilises this coding process in order to let go of self-sabotaging traits and engineer a better automatic self.
Finally, you'll be using a Cognitive Hypnotherapy audio recording to pattern in your chosen behaviours and ingrain the positive changes at the unconscious level.
Thought Engineering is a proactive course for people who want to understand, and ultimately influence, the workings of their mind.
You'll learn how to analyse your psychological and behavioural stumbling blocks as you might wen consulting a professional; engage in visualisation processes to create a dialogue with your unconscious awareness; and learn about the workings of the mind in order to engineer your thinking for the better.
Once you have completed the material in this course, you can use the unique Cognitive Hypnotherapy audio recording to program your mind into better behaviours, thoughts and ultimately, bigger achievements.
